Compounded Drug Disclosure
Compounded preparations do not contain FDA-reviewed education inserts in the packaging that may explain usage, contraindications, warnings, precautions, adverse reactions and drug incompatibilities. Our healthcare professionals will take appropriate steps to educate patients when a compounded preparation is prescribed. Additionally, the patient should be advised that the compounded preparation is provided based upon the medical need of the individual patient. Insurance coverage for compounded prescriptions varies by carrier.

Our pharmacists can also use a bitterness suppressor and sweetness enhancer to enhance the taste.
